Terms of Service

1. Subject

Redazio is a web service that helps organise editorial work for one or more projects — clients, brands, businesses or initiatives. It lets you set a project’s identity, create content, generate images and text with artificial intelligence, manage approvals and plan publications. The service does not publish automatically to social networks.

2. Access and account

The service is in private beta: access is by request and subject to approval. To use it you must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through them. Tell us without delay about any unauthorised use you become aware of.

3. Nature of the service during the beta

The service is offered during the beta phase, as is. Features, consumption and behaviour may change, be suspended or be removed during the trial phase, with no guarantee of continuity or of being free from error. We will do what we can to communicate significant changes in advance.

4. Credits

Features based on artificial intelligence consume credits. During the beta:

• welcome credits are assigned after approval of the access request;
• there are no purchases, subscriptions or top-ups: credits have no monetary value and are not refundable;
• consumption may be recalibrated and may vary during the beta.

When credits run out, only the AI features stop: work already done and content already created remain accessible.

5. Acceptable use

You undertake not to use the service to:

• upload or generate unlawful, defamatory or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
• breach applicable law, including the protection of minors and intellectual property rights;
• access unauthorised data or areas, or interfere with the operation and the security of the service;
• resell or sublicense the service without authorisation.

6. Content and user responsibility

The content you upload or create remains yours. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the materials you upload — images, logos, texts and references — and that you may use them to generate new content.

Images and texts produced by artificial intelligence are the result of automatic processing starting from what you provide. You are responsible for their use and for their publication: always check the content before circulating it, including as regards third-party rights and compliance with social platform rules. The final check always remains yours.

7. Intellectual property

The service, the Redazio trademark, the interface and the software remain the property of Michele Tornello. These terms do not transfer any right over the service: we grant you the right to use it within the limits stated here.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of result. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, nor for content generated or published by the user. During the beta the service may be suspended or modified.

9. Suspension and closure of the account

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to micheletornello5@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that puts the security of the service at risk.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Significant changes will be communicated; the version in force is the one published on this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, jurisdiction lies with the court of Caltagirone, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory right to bring proceedings before the court of their own place of residence or domicile.
