AI transparency
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Redazio uses artificial intelligence to generate images and texts. This page explains which features use it, how we make generated content recognisable and what remains with whoever publishes it.
1. Where we use AI
Artificial intelligence is involved in the creation features:
- generation of social images starting from the project context and from the content brief;
- writing and adapting captions and hashtags per platform;
- suggesting the most relevant materials and analysing the uploaded materials;
- a contextual assistant, which replies in natural language and can operate on projects and content.
Simple organisational features — projects, categories, calendar, approvals — do not generate content with AI.
2. How we make generated content recognisable
- Visible label. Generated images are marked as AI content inside the workspace and in the Approver space.
- Machine-readable provenance. Generated images keep the original provenance metadata applied by the generation engine, so the origin remains verifiable even after download.
- Tracking of the origin of texts. For captions and texts we record whether the content was generated, edited or written by hand.
- Declared assistant. The assistant is an AI and the notice stays visible throughout the conversation.
3. Roles: who generates and who publishes
Redazio provides the system that generates content. Whoever uses the service chooses what to create, whether and when to use it, and decides what to publish.
As a result the final check — accuracy, third-party rights, compliance with the platform rules and information obligations towards the public — remains with whoever publishes. Control always remains yours: Redazio does not publish automatically to social networks.
4. AI assistant
When you interact with the assistant you are talking to an artificial intelligence system, not to a person. The assistant does not make decisions in your place: it proposes, and you confirm every relevant action.
5. Limits
Generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable for the context. Always check what the AI produces before using it or circulating it, in particular for images depicting real people, places or events.
